Kind (set per-ped in its editor): Pedestal, Handhole (H), Handhole mini (h), Box (B), Vault (V, larger), NID (N, circle), Splitter — same status/checks/photos either way.

Directional zip ties go on the duct as the wire is blown. Get them from Keith or Chris before blowing any more wire.

The app shows the right colour next to every jacket reading's direction. NE/NW/SE/SW are not in the TDS key — it says so rather than guessing.

◇ amber diamond — needed. Number below it is couplers ticked off / total. Open it to add couplers or mark its restoration. Marking it Done turns it into a ◆ coupler mark per completed coupler and/or its restoration — the diamond itself then goes away.

The 811 button shows each ticket's dig area, tinted by whether you may dig in it right now. Tap inside an area to open its ticket.

Wisconsin: 3 working days' notice, then valid 10 calendar days from the lawful start. Digging before that start forfeits your protection under s.182.0175. Always go by the dates Diggers Hotline gave you.

AB redraws the map as an as-built record in the staking sheet's own conventions: what is in the ground at full strength, what is only staked as a thin outline. The strip along the bottom switches each as-planned layer on over the top — the sheet's route, the method it called for, moved and removed items, footages.

✏ draws a new run: tap the ped it starts from, tap along the path, then tap the ped it ends at. End on open ground and it offers to create the far ped for you.

Long-press an existing run to re-trace its path (the two peds stay put) or delete it. Deleted runs are kept as a record and come back with Undo.
